Mandiri Beach is in the south of the surf area, and only 15 mins north of Ujung Bocur. Its nestled nicely
amongst some of the best waves in the area - and is
also 15 mins south of the town of Krui that offers 2-3 quality waves. Mandiri Beach has been compared to the likes of Hossegor and has featured on the cover of
Surfer Magazine a few years back.

Very rarely crowded!

Mandiri Beach remains largely quiet year round as there are no other camps within 15 mins so you're almost guarante!ed to be the first in the line-up

Mandiri Beach

Situated right on your doorstep (of the Mandiri Beach Club surf camp) – this super consistent beach break is the ideal surf spot - to surf with just you and your mates.

The wave

This left and right breaking beach break offers a bit of everthing - from decent barrel sections to big open faces. The beach itself runs for a few kilometres with plenty of quality peaks on offer. Its rarely crowded and if you stay at the Mandiri Beach Club, you'll be guaranteed to score empty peaks to yourself. Although breaking on a sand bottom, the waves are extremely punchy and certainly isn't suitable for learners, except in the off season.

Swell, Winds & consistency

This wave breaks consistently year round, particularly in the main season. It faces more South West, and receives a large amount of swell. It can hold a decent swell as well as producing a fun punchy wave on the smaller days. The trades can sometimes blow it out but it's nearly always off shore in the morning.
